A minimum of four players must be registered and be financial prior to the start of the season.
Substitutes (fill-ins) may be used throughout the season, however no frames will be awarded to any fill-in player that is not a financial member and is not filling in for a financial team member.

Team entry forms:
– must be completed with full details of team name, venue and team members – including a contact number and email.
– must be lodged with the Secretary by the due date, as set by the Committee.
– playing fees for all nominated players must be paid by the due date, as set by the Committee.
Qualifications for finals and breakup:
Monday Division 1 players need to have played 16 frames and be financial members. Monday Division 2/3 players need to have played 12 frames and be financial members.
Wednesday players must have played 16 frames and be financial members.
Team captains are responsible for ensuring players are qualified for finals. If unsure, reach out to the committee as penalties apply for non compliance.
